Micrenz Bakery is locally owned and family run small business in Benalla. Established since June 2002.
Our Head Baker Mick has well over 20 years experience in the Baking Industry and has won many state awards for his different breads. Ren has been baking since 2002 and now qualified since 2009, and recently in 2011 become a qualified Baking Instructor. So we are well skilled Bakers :)
Micrenz prides itself on fresh quality bread. We scratch bake all our products so we know exactly what is in it. We dont use preservatives or any additives. Our ingredients used are all high quality and we only buy fresh ingredients.
We work hard to provide fresh high quality products for our customers. We never take short cuts, we take pride in our product. If were not happy we wont sell it to you!
